With my hp laptop there's a bit of a scarcity in my universal changer that makes it unable to charge my laptop. However, with a Achates's Toshiba laptop my universal charger works quite well with the same head. However my friend says that its making her laptop overheat. Ive never seen this chance but that's what she says happens. Is this even possible?
