Well both the machines are coming with comparable features w.r.t RAM, WXGA and processor speed.
HD capability for Sony is double than Toshiba, but it comes with a price of £100 more.
I apparently have a confusion in choosing between these 2.
I also fear for the availabilty of rite centres for Toshiba in Chennai. Any suggestions for the best between these 2?

Get Sony Vaio - for famous performance and stunning looks. There are models for around 50K and may be even less. Don't even value about any other laptop!
