acer travelmate p653-m-9632-15.6-core i7

The conundrum is that i have a Acer TravelMate 6292 laptop whose 9 cell original dell battery which is few days more than 1 year has started to act properly real awkward,the battery is like that: accukorting. nl/acer-travelmate-6292. When i put on the charger it charges the battery upto a predestined level and then the battery led signal above keyboard starts to effulgence 4 times red and one time white and the status says under fugitive failure mode. After I remove the charger and wait for 10 min approx the battery comes under rational condition. I'm trying to find a way to troubleshoot the problem without having to buy a new battery or laptop.
