I've owned this laptop for about 8 months at this decimal point. Let me tell you this is by far the fastest laptop I have ever used. Within 2 months of being proprietress of the laptop, the buttons started popping off. Dell has a tutorial of portrait on how to hand over the keys of this, but if you follow the tutorial that it will often adjacent keys were perceptible. And if you push too hard when trying to pick the lock keys, you're out of happenstance. Fortunately, my first experience with the Alienware customer service ended in a replacement keyboard in less than 2 days to get technical support. However when it started happening again support did not support otherwise.
