Impotent to power up a Dell Optiplex 745 mini tower?
I have one Dell Optiplex 745 that will not power up. It was working pulverized one day, powered off for the night and the next day it did not power on. No disk or fan sounds. Power be unearthed is off and the light on the mother board is amber.01/31/09
Desktops: I would start with changing out the power rig out. I found one for $20 bucks.

Desktops: Only if you have the mini-tower container and not the desktop, small form factor or ultra poor form factor case. You will also need to upgrade the power supply to 350watts or greater.
