Well, I have some bad news to report. It seems that my old desktop that I have spent thousands of dollars for a sold out and I did not have the money to have it repaired, if it is repairable at all. There is a problem with the motherboard (think the tech) and a new motherboard is approximately $500 just for the Board of Directors. It would probably be about $ 1000 and I simply don't have the money. I had assured him but it seems to have just worn and wear & tear is not covered by the insurance policy. The day where I took it service that I had a small Gateway LT4004u netbook I could continue to go to school, I attend online.
How can I change the wallpaper on my GATEWAY LT4004U?

Desktops: You can not change the background screen yoyr if your windows starter 7 being implemented, you must upgrade to at least home.
